Package 1:
File and Folder Backup to one of our secure facilities
Our File and folder backup allows you to choose the data that is important to you, we deploy a piece of software to your computer, select the files to backup and set how long you want to keep them for, then we enable encryption and set the backup going, it can be scheduled for any time of day leaving you safe in the knowledge your data is held securely at one of our facilities.
Package 2:
Full Server image backup which can be booted and connected to in the data center
We use Altaro VM Backup an award-winning virtual machine backup and replication solution for Hyper-V and VMware environments. It is used by 50,000+ businesses worldwide.
It includes WAN-Optimized Replication functionality, that permits a business to make an ongoing copy of its virtual machines (VM)s to our remote datacentre and to switch to that copy with immediacy should anything go wrong with the live VMs, such as damage due to hurricanes, fires and flooding.
Package 3:
All hardware and software provided allowing you to boot locally should a box fail or remotely from the SBC data center if you have issues onsite
This package gives you everything from package 2, however we will install one of our dedicated backup servers at your office, so that the first port of call for restores and emergencies is located on premise and ready to go. This option gives you additional flexibility to cope with all modern day scenarios.
