Desktop as a service customer

We have used SBC hosted desktop and remote support for almost 3 years and find it the ideal solution for our needs. As an FCA regulated business, security is of the utmost importance and using SBC ticks many of the compliance boxes as a matter of course. The ease of use and the fact we can access our system and documents from any remote location is perfect. Whenever we have required assistance the SBC team have been extremely quick in their response and we know that IT issues are one less concern for us, enabling us to “get on with the day job” without issue or worry. Paying by user means we have been able to increase and decrease our users without difficulty as and when the need has arisen.
