What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, company size and your message.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a form-processing provider. We do not otherwise share your details with third parties unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months unless it becomes part of an ongoing customer relationship.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We only use those that are strictly necessary for the site to work, plus a record in your browser of the cookie choice you made, so we don't ask again on every visit.
We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, but only if you accept them. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, and your choice is reset after 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email gethelp@sbcit.support to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
